What we are not responsible for.

All Images are processed with an over laminate to protect your image from sunlight and humidity unless otherwise ordered. We do not laminate Metallic photographs as this detracts from the original look of the metallic print.

We will not be held responsible for damage to your photo, artwork or Giclée and suggest that you insure it with your shipping carrier, and use a shipper that provides tracking information.

We are not responsible for damage to any original art that is sent to us and suggest that you provide a good copy for us to mount.

We will not be held responsible for late delivery to any gallery showing or photo trade contest. Shipping times very with our production schedule. If you need the finished prints returned at a specific time please call or email us and we will try to meet your requirements.

Color is always subjective. When imaging your work we will do our best to color balance your file with the color profiles that we provide.

We process the boards as a wood product. Your image may be trimmed up to 1/4" on each side to accommodate mounting. We are not responsible for any compositional details that are at the edge of the VisionTek Pro Mounts.
